Role Summary
The Summer Intern, Business Services (Corporate) position is part of AEG's Internship Program, designed to provide college students with real-world experience in the sports and live entertainment business. Interns will work within the Corporate Business Services Department, gaining insight into strategic sourcing, supply chain management, supplier management best practices, and office services support.
Key Responsibilities
Work alongside the SVP and Manager, Business Services, in supporting all U.S. entities across strategic sourcing, supply chain, travel, office services, and supplier management
Assist with strategic sourcing initiatives, including market research, data gathering, and vendor comparisons
Engage with internal and external stakeholders across IT, Presents, and AEG Sports teams to collect requirements and coordinate purchasing needs
Assist with office services and vendor coordination, including supplies, service requests, and facilities-related follow-ups to support day-to-day operations
Help maintain supplier information and supporting documentation, such as quotes, contracts, and service level details, in shared files and trackers
Maintain and update department trackers and spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
Required Qualifications and Experience
Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (employer does not offer visa sponsorship for this position)
