This a grant funded contractual position.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to:
- Responsible to courteously greet and welcome the patients visiting the health facility.
- Responsible to carefully fill in the patient's details (CNIC/PHONE NUMBER) on the Health Facility Patient Information designated application/daily patient record form after thoroughly checking the patient's information.
- Deliver/distribute mail/messages within the office and outside the office.
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor (MO, WMO) and Project Manager.
Requirements:
You should have:
- At least Intermediate
- One year of relevant work experience will be preferred
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Ability and willingness to work independently in peri-urban and field settings.
- Flexibility in taking over additional/new responsibilities when required by the project or directed by reporting Manager.
- Sound clinical judgment and community health knowledge.
- Proficient in Urdu and English (verbal and written).
- Ability to organize, plan, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Honesty, reliability and trustworthiness
