Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end strategic planning and execution across large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment from strategy through implementation and operational readiness.

  • Own development and maintenance of integrated program roadmaps, including milestones, dependencies, sequencing, and readiness checkpoints across multiple workstreams.

  • Drive cross-functional intake and prioritization, aligning Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Operations, Pricing, and Go-to-Market teams to enterprise priorities.

  • Establish and lead governance structures, including executive steering committees, status reporting, KPI tracking, and decision escalation pathways.

  • Translate complex business, regulatory, financial, and operational inputs into clear, decision-ready materials that support executive alignment and action.

  • Lead structured decision-making processes, including issue framing, tradeoff analysis, and documentation to ensure clear traceability and alignment.

  • Identify and proactively manage risks, interdependencies, and delivery gaps; coordinate cross-functional mitigation strategies to maintain program momentum.

  • Ensure alignment between regulatory requirements, business design, and implementation plans to support compliance, audit readiness, and successful delivery.

  • Monitor program performance and provide transparent updates on progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance to enable informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.

  • Advanced communication skills, including the ability to create executive-level presentations and convey complex topics clearly.

  • Experience with program governance, decision frameworks, and performance tracking at an enterprise level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, healthcare, or a related field.
