About the Role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish a participatory process in media development to ensure contextually relevant content promotes access to information, e.g. GBV and SRH among teenagers and communities.
Ensure coordination and implementation of outreach activities.
Lead project planning & implementation on time
Draft messages for SMS/WhatsApp distribution
Improve access to accurate SRH info among teenagers
Design child-friendly approaches
Coordinate with stakeholders & community structures
Ensure CHS compliance
Support assessments, data collection, reporting
Conduct focus group discussions
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Undergraduate degree in Social Work or relevant degree
At least three years' experience leading health programs, preferably in humanitarian sector
Experience with children & youth projects Child Safeguarding training Project Cycle Model understanding Report writing, facilitation & community engagement
Fluency in English and Kiswahili Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational skills
Creative & analytic thinker, managing multiple projects
Windows, MS Office,
Social Media competence
