About the Role

Job Purpose

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into signed agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants. The role requires a target-driven and self-motivated individual who can work independently while supporting overall business growth within the property management portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field prospecting

  • Follow up with prospective landlords and tenants and convert them into signed agreements

Present and promote property management services to potential clients

  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention

  • Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to achieve sales targets

  • Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and performance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements

  • Minimum Requirements

  • KCSE minimum grade C (Plain)

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field

  • Prior experience in a similar position within a property management company will be an added advantage

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused
