About the Role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, implement, and evaluate training & development programs aligned with business goals
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill and performance gaps
Develop learning plans, materials, and delivery methods (workshops, e-learning, coaching)
Monitor and track training effectiveness and employee performance improvement
Partner with department heads to build team capability and succession pipelines
Drive onboarding and continuous learning initiatives
Maintain training records and support HR reporting and compliance
Provide support on employee development, engagement, and performance improvement initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Mandatory)
3+ years' experience with at least 80% of the role focused on Learning & Development (Mandatory)
Strong understanding of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and performance management
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and analytical abilities
Empathy, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
High integrity, confidentiality, and a proactive mindset
