About the Role
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
- 5-10 years of IT solution sales experience, including at least 3 years managing strategic enterprise accounts
- Proven track record selling IT software solutions to large organizations or listed companies
- Experience selling enterprise collaboration or email platform solutions is an added advantage
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build compelling business cases for complex IT solutions
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with up to 15 strategic enterprise accounts, engaging CIOS, MDs, and C-suite leaders to identify and close high-value opportunities
- Develop + execute account strategies to drive adoption of unified email collaboration and platform solutions
- Manage long and complex enterprise sales cycles from opportunity identification to deal closure
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets while maintaining strong pipeline development
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, support, and product teams to deliver tailored enterprise solutions
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM reporting for senior management
