Educational Recommendation:

Responsibilities

  • Support financial analysis and assist in developing valuation models for M&A and strategic initiatives.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to support business decisions.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze information for planning, investment reviews, and strategic projects.
  • Maintain project trackers, databases, and reporting tools to ensure accurate and accessible information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deal execution, research initiatives, and process improvements, mergers and acquisitions (M&A)the accuracy and accessibility of Mergers

Requirements

  • Interest in corporate finance, valuation, mergers and acquisitions, or business strategy.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, or present information.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work with detailed information while maintaining accuracy and organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with appropriate guidance and support.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new concepts, tools, and business processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others while also working independently on assigned tasks.
