Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead and manage regional operations, ensuring strict compliance with processes, procedures, and service level agreements. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning operational activities with the financial and service objectives of the Business.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all supplier, rental, and utility invoices are processed and paid within seven (7) days of receipt, maintaining strong vendor relationships and compliance with agreed payment terms.
- Process staff claims accurately and efficiently through D365, ensuring adherence to company policies, timely reimbursements, and proper record keeping.
- Implement and maintain effective payment controls to prevent duplicate payments, verify outstanding balances, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Oversee the utilization, maintenance, and servicing of pool vehicles, ensuring all trips are properly authorized, documented, and aligned with organizational policies and operational requirements.
- Consolidate, review, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational and administrative returns for both the Northern and Southern Divisions within stipulated deadlines, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Manage procurement activities by raising and processing requisitions.
- Coordinate monthly Risk Meetings and quarterly Security Meetings.
- Monitor administrative operations and provide support to branches and business units to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of day-to-day activities.
Job Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years' experience in administration, office management, facilities management, or a related role.
- Experience in processing payments, supplier management, and procurement activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
