Our division Sportradar ad:s provides data-driven marketing and sponsorship services to the iGaming industry, designed to help deliver significant efficiency improvements against marketing investments. The ad:s team develops and provides fully customizable, purpose-built, proprietary tools and services.

THE ROLE

As a Client Solutions Manager within the Paid Social team, you'll work as a hands-on partner to our operator clients, helping them get the most from Sportradar's technology and creative capabilities. You will support client relationships, contribute to campaign and creative strategy, and help translate data into actionable insights.

At this level, success means you are reliable, curious, and growing. You can manage day-to-day client needs independently, collaborate across teams, and bring energy and ideas to a fast-moving product that sits at the intersection of sports, data, and advertising.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and manage client relationships across the major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, X, and Reddit), owning campaign execution and performance tracking for your accounts.
  • Develop a solid understanding of each client's business objectives and use that knowledge to contribute to media and creative recommendations.
  • Monitor campaign performance, surface insights, and prepare clear, well-structured reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Design, and Operations teams to deliver against client briefs and timelines.
  • Help clients and agencies adopt platform best practices and new product features, acting as a knowledgeable and approachable point of contact.
  • Support account planning by flagging opportunities for improvement, upsell, or innovation within your portfolio.
  • Maintain operational accuracy across campaign setup, QA, and reporting workflows.
  • Contribute to team knowledge by sharing learnings and collaborating with senior team members on strategy and best practices.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with hands-on exposure to paid social campaign management.
  • Familiarity with one or more major social ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or Snap Ads Manager).
  • Comfortable working with data: you can read a performance report, identify what matters, and communicate it clearly.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without dropping the ball.
  • Good communicator, in writing and in conversation, with a client-first mindset.
  • Proactive and self-motivated; you ask questions, flag issues early, and take ownership of your work.
  • Experience in iGaming, sports, or digital agency environments is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with 3rd party creative or media buying platforms (e.g. Smartly, Hunch) is a plus but not required.

OUR OFFER

  • Join a global leader in sports data and marketing innovation, combining startup agility with enterprise scale.
  • Work with leading betting and gaming operators on high-visibility campaigns tied to major sports moments.
  • Collaborate across creative, data, and product teams in a genuinely international environment.
  • Hybrid working flexibility based in Vienna.
  • Access to Sportradar's eAcademy and learning programs to support your professional development.
  • Be part of a diverse team with real exposure to global accounts and, in time, major sports events.

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. We encourage you to apply even if you only meet most of the requirements (but not 100% of the listed criteria) – we believe skills evolve over time.
