About the Role
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
Support the preparation of monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Help prepare and review expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Maintain and update accounting records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Use accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks for data entry and reporting.
Generate financial reports and summaries for management review.
Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and internal controls.
Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.
KEY REQUIREMENT
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
Minimum of 1 year of practical accounting experience,
Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and accounting software like Tally or QuickBooks.
Strong numerical ability and keen attention to detail.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
