ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Lead to drive revenue growth, manage the sales team, and develop strategic initiatives that expand our market presence. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in real estate sales and team performance management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
