About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting and selling healthcare products/services to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, identify sales opportunities, and achieve revenue targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.

Promote and sell healthcare products/services to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, and other medical institutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements in line with company policies.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM tools.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, operations, and customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company's offerings.

Prepare periodic sales reports and provide insights to management on market opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

2 - 5 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, HMO, diagnostics, or health-tech services.

Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its regulatory environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Strong presentation and business development skills.
