Job Description
This role is part of the Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) organization supporting Global Revenue Operations. The role operates within defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) to deliver consistent, high-quality outputs while supporting operational scale and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Perform invoicing, cash application, basic collections follow-ups, and data entry activities.
- Process customer receipts, adjustments, and case handling in line with defined procedures.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy in high-volume operational environments.
- Support workload spikes, backlog clearance, and operational continuity.
- Follow SOPs and ensure adherence to standardized processes and controls.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues impacting accuracy or timelines.
- Contribute to incremental process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve routine operational queries.
- Support ad hoc operational tasks and reporting as required.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in finance operations, billing, or receivables processes.
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts with exposure to billing or receivables.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy and consistency.
- Attention to detail and strong process discipline.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Early experience in shared services or global delivery environments.
- Exposure to billing, collections, or cash application processes.
- Interest in finance operations and process-driven environments.
