The role partners closely with regional marketing, sales, product, analytics, and agency teams to translate market insights and campaign performance into actionable recommendations that strengthen client engagement and business impact. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across channels to drive awareness, lead generation, and sales pipeline growth.
  • Analyze campaign, funnel, and lead performance data to identify trends, assess effectiveness, and recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Manage lead lifecycle tracking across the marketing-to-sales funnel, including handoff processes, nurture visibility, and reporting on opportunity progression.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that translate performance metrics into clear business insights for marketing and sales stakeholders.
  • Partner with sales, product, regional marketing, analytics, and external agency teams to coordinate campaign execution and maintain alignment on objectives, messaging, and timelines.
  • Support content, event, and go-to-market initiatives by tracking deliverables, timelines, budgets, and post-campaign outcomes.
  • Gather and synthesize competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and market trends to strengthen targeting, positioning, and campaign planning.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing operations by maintaining organized workflows, documentation, and reporting processes across multiple initiatives.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing analytics, demand generation, or campaign operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance, funnel metrics, and lead data to inform recommendations and decision-making.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams within a regional or global organization.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to translate data into clear presentations and actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in payments, financial services, fintech, or technology is preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, lead management processes, and campaign performance reporting is also advantageous.

Role Impact:

  • This role is critical to scaling Visa’s B2B demand engine by translating strategy into disciplined execution and ensuring that campaigns and events deliver measurable commercial outcomes, including pipeline growth, product adoption, and sales acceleration.
