About the Role
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In more detail, the areas of responsibility include
Scheme Governance & Compliance
Prepare for and ensure smooth running of the Retail pension schemes as per regulation and as per set Zamara standards
Ensuring the record keeping of all division documents, contracts, agreements, policies, licenses and any other such documentation according to division standards
Ensure all relevant scheme policies and contracts are up to date and are properly serviced.
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
Co-ordinate external and internal service provider teams to ensure scheme deliverables are met and on time.
Ensuring the success of all relevant scheme events i.e. BOT meetings, AGM's, SGM's and Member engagement days.
Product Management
Come up with and maintain product checklists as per division standards to ensure effective product management
Ensure continuous development of tech-enabled product toolkits
Ensuring that Financial Advisors & Product Specialists are well trained and enabled to distribute retirement products
Co-ordinate internal teams to ensure that the Holistic product experience is as intended and standardized
Co-ordinate with Marketing to ensure that all Retirement Product collateral is up to the required Product standard
Commercial & Operational
Continuously prepare and update Product-Client Analytics to support data driven decisions
Ensure billing and collection of product fees & revenue and ensure that all service providers are paid
Ensure Monthly billing & payment of all service providers.
Assist in coming up with and maintaining Product commercials, both structured (Monthly) and periodically, as and when needed to ensure effective commercial management of the Retail retirement products
Ensure all relevant product commissions are paid out correctly and on time as per the division standards
Ensure that all product S.O. P's are as envisioned and are being applied in the correct manner in conjunction with the relevant operations team
Ensure that all audit queries and operational issues are addressed and closed according to division standards
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
The following experience is preferred:
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in Retirement Scheme Administration & Relationship Management.
Good knowledge of Zamara retail solutions and products.
Business Acumen
Relationship building & networking skills.
Excellent oral & written communication skills.
