Overview

The Talent Management team works to build a Christ-centered, future-ready workforce that strengthens leaders and aligns employee experiences to the mission of the Church.
As an Intern on the Talent Management team, you will help capture and represent the voice of the global workforce—translating employee feedback into meaningful insights that guide leaders to accomplish the mission of the Church and improve employee experience.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Employee Listening & Research
  • Support workforce listening efforts (surveys, focus groups, interviews)
  • Assist with survey design, administration, and documentation
  • Help capture and synthesize employee feedback
Data Analysis & Insights
  • Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data
  • Identify patterns and themes in workforce feedback
  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations
Consulting Support & Communication
  • Help prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for leaders
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Support communication efforts to share what was heard and actions being taken
Impact of This Role
This role supports:
  • Enterprise listening strategies (voice of the workforce, pulse surveys, and focus groups)
  • Data and insights used by the Talent Management team, and senior leaders
  • Development of programs that strengthen workforce align to the mission of the Church

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed (within 12 months) an undergraduate degree
  • Fields such as: psychology, sociology, human resources, I/O psychology, data science, statistics, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Interest in employee listening, research, and data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments with attention to detail
Technical Skills (Preferred)
  • Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Qualtrics or survey platforms
  • Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with SPSS, R, Python, or similar tools
  • Experience with different AI tools
  • Speaks a second language
  • Global work project experience
