As a People Data Management Specialist you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative HR solutions aligned with Nokia's strategic goals, enhancing employee experience and streamlining HR processes. Your expertise in HR tools, such as SAP or Oracle Fusion, will enable you to efficiently support projects across various markets and industries.

Education Recommendations: Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, international business or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized expertise in HR programs and policies to drive process efficiency.
  • Administer and support HR activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Analyze data to make independent decisions and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Translate concepts into actionable measures, enhancing team productivity and effectiveness.
  • Mentor new team members, offering guidance on procedures and best practices.
  • Address and resolve questions and problems in global/regional HR processes and information services in the scope, consulting IT and process owners.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for HR tools, processes, or projects.
  • Contribute to projects that enhance employee experience and support Nokia's inclusive workplace mission.
  • Provide administrative / transactional project support: Data analyses, monitoring and ensuring data quality, creating documentation and knowledge management, organizing delivery of training and development for HR community or for managers.

Requirements

You have:

  • Proficiency in HR Technologies: Experience with tools like SAP, Oracle Fusion, or similar.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in managing HR processes and data.
  • Fluency in English: Essential for effective communication.
  • Team Coordination: Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Quality Control: Understanding and maintaining transaction quality.
  • Analytical Skills: Managing bulk data exchanges and analysis smoothly.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of MS Office functionalities.
  • Experience: Typically 6 months to a year of directly related experience with a graduate equivalent degree.
