About the Role

Job Summary

  • Our client is a leading vehicle tracking and fleet management company headquartered in Nairobi,Kenya. The company provides innovative vehicle tracking, fleet management, and security solutions to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients across the country.
  • To support its continued growth, our client is seeking to recruit dynamic, results-oriented, and self-driven Sales Agents for the Nairobi, Kisumu, and Meru regions. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the company’s client portfolio, and promoting vehicle tracking solutions within their assigned territories.
  • Knowledge of the local dialect within the respective region will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and sell vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions to individuals, SMEs, and
    corporate clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain a strong and sustainable client portfolio
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to promote retention and repeat business.
  • Provide excellent customer service and uphold the company’s professional standards.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market intelligence to management.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ proven experience in field sales, preferably within the vehicle tracking
    industry.
  • Previous experience working for a vehicle tracking company will be an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Well-groomed, presentable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated personality.
  • Knowledge of the local dialect for the assigned region will be an added advantage.
