Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master's is an added advantage)

Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales management with a proven track record

Strong leadership experience managing diverse teams

Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools

Experience in digital marketing and online sales growth

Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills

Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies, manage pricing for profitability, and align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Team Management & Development: Lead and develop cross-functional teams, set performance targets, and implement training and incentive structures to drive results.
  • Sales Operations & Pipeline Management: Monitor sales performance, manage pipeline health, and optimize the sales process to improve conversion and revenue outcomes.
  • Market Research & Marketing: Conduct market and competitor analysis, identify growth opportunities, and support digital marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, customer satisfaction, and alignment between sales and operations.
