Overview

The purpose of the assistant position is to provide daily technical users support in the entire spectrum of ICT operations at the NRC Kauda office, under the supervision of the Area Support Manager, ensures the delivery of the services on information systems and telecommunications to all staff.

Role

1. Education level:

• Diploma or Univea rsity Bachelor's degree.

1. Personal qualities:

• Demonstrate proficiency in providing user support for all typical office ICT specially LAN/WAN/VSAT/Wireless technologies, Cisco Switches & Routers.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to keep up to date with modern trends in technology and match this with internal specifics.

• Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.

• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, support and implement technical solutions at all levels.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
