Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 with at least 25 points.

• Tertiary education will be an advantage.

• 2 - 3 years Banking and Credit experience.

• Computer literate.

• Good interpersonal communication skills.

• Above average numerical ability.

• Excellent Time Management skills.

• Strong team player.

• Attention to detail.

Job Specification:

• Ensure credit approvals comply with the relevant Credit Policy and Financial Crime Guidelines.

• Concurrent processing of loan application and prompt review process.

• Monitoring of Loan Applications in the assessment queue.

• Maintain effective controls on loans.

• Sanction screening on individual clients during the vetting process.

• Employment confirmation with Employers.

• Effective communication with internal stakeholders.

• Accountable for service delivery through own efforts.
