QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related technical field.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED
• Proven experience providing day to day IT support to staff including troubleshooting hardware software and connectivity issues
• Good knowledge of computer hardware laptops desktops printers scanners and peripheral devices
• Strong working experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 including email setup user account management permissions and security controls
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems and common business applications
• Understanding of networking including Wi-Fi access points switches routers and structured cabling
• Experience in installing configuring and maintaining office IT equipment and networks
• Familiarity with IT asset management including inventory tracking equipment allocation and disposal processes
• Understanding of data protection information security and safe technology practices
• Ability to follow organizational IT policies procedures and standards
• Good documentation skills including writing simple user guides and recording support activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple language
• Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests under pressure
• Willingness to travel to field locations when required and provide on site technical support
• Strong problem solving skills attention to detail and a service oriented attitude
EXPERIENCE:
At least two years of progressive experience in the ICT field.
Desirable, Experience with INGOs.
