CSW Integration Specialist at Bosch Group

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible to establish an integration and verification environment that enables to shorten development and release cycle by Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment of Software.
2. Be a point of contact for the global stakeholders to know the progress of the project.
3. Identifying risks following the integration and execution of active risk management.
4. Understand the technical and business requirements of the stakeholders and identify the skills and resources required for the project.
5. Oversee all project execution procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
6. Technical review of work products delivered by team
7. Measure project/product performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
8. Coordinate between team and client for the flawless execution of projects.
9. Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
10. Create and maintain comprehensive project/product documentation.
11. Ensure timely deliverables from the team with high quality work products.
12. Work closely with the software development team to identify the root cause of defects w.r.t. test environment and test execution.
13. Contribute to a team that has Automation at its heart.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelors/master’s in computer science/software engineering/electrical and Electronics Engineering or MCA.
2. Experience: 5+ years | Skills: Automotive, QNX, Linux, C++, Python, Bazel, Dev Containers, CI/CD, Integration Testing, WSL2.
3. Experience in end-to-end integration on QNX/Linux platforms, covering parking, drivers, middleware, and applications.
4. Strong hands-on experience in C++, Python, and system-level debugging, along with integration testing for QNX-based software.
5. Very good understanding of Continuous Integration and software tool chains.
6. The candidate should act as a technical lead/customer-facing expert, driving integration strategy, releases, and collaboration across teams. Additionally, you will leverage Generative AI to enhance development, testing, and productivity workflows.
7. Experience with Jira and Helix tools for tracking and quality management is essential.
