We are looking for a Senior DevOps (Azure) with strong experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and Kubernetes-based platform operations. You will be responsible for building, automating, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud-native systems, enabling fast and reliable software delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years of experience in DevOps and strong English communication skills to collaborate with international teams.

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Git, and automation scripting (Python, Bash).
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Manage and operate Azure cloud infrastructure with a focus on scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.
  • Work with containerization (Docker) and orchestrate workloads using Kubernetes (AKS / OpenShift).
  • Build and maintain monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK or Loki.
  • Implement logging, alerting, and basic incident response for production systems.
  • Apply security best practices, including container scanning (Trivy, Dependabot) and secrets management (Vault, Sealed Secrets, or Azure Key Vault).
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to support deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, rolling updates).
  • Support environment provisioning for development, testing, and production systems.
  • Contribute to automation and continuous improvement across the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure as primary cloud platform.
  • Solid experience with Git, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).
  • Scripting in Python and/or Bash.
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration (AKS and/or OpenShift).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, ideally Terraform.
  • Good understanding of Linux system administration and networking basics.
  • Good English communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with GitOps tools (Argo CD, Flux).
  • Knowledge of authentication & authorization systems (OAuth2, OIDC).
  • Experience with AWS or GCP.
  • Experience in database management and cloud-managed services.
  • Familiarity with Java or Python application frameworks (Spring Boot, FastAPI, Django).
  • Experience in enterprise environments with complex network segmentation, strict SLAs, or regulated compliance requirements.
