Während deiner Werkstudententätigkeit bist du für die Entwicklung webbasierter Trainings für den Product Engineering Process (PEP) verantwortlich.
Du bereitest die Trainingsmaterialien vor und bearbeitest die Trainingsvideos.
Darüber hinaus hilfst du mit, die Lesbarkeit der Inhalte in PEP Confluence zu verbessern.
Nicht zuletzt unterstützt du die Prozessbearbeitung und die Prozessformatprüfung bei der Freigabe von Prozessänderungen.

Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie, Erwachsenenbildung, Medieninformatik, Mediendesign oder vergleichbar
Erfahrungen und Know-how:
- sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Trainingsmaterialien
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Projekt- oder Qualitätsmanagement von Vorteil
Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, gehst selbstständig vor, verfügst über starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und bist sehr verlässlich

Arbeitsalltag: mobiles Arbeiten nach der Einarbeitung möglich, bevorzugte regelmäßige Präsenz am Standort Plochingen, alternativ Einsatz an einem anderen Bosch-Standort in Deutschland

Sprachen: sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch

Beginn: nach Absprache
Dauer: 12 Monate – 10h/Woche
