About the Role

As Associate Director, Sales Enablement, you'll play a critical role in accelerating Capco Canada's growth agenda across all domains and capability areas. Reporting to the Executive Director and partnering closely with senior leaders across the firm, you'll lead the development of compelling sales narratives, pursuit strategies, and enablement capabilities that help our teams win in the market.

This role sits at the intersection of consulting, sales, and innovation. You will help shape how Capco positions its value in the market, supports strategic pursuits, and leverages emerging technologies—including AI—to enhance sales effectiveness and drive growth. Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, you'll translate complex capabilities into compelling client stories that resonate with executive audiences and differentiate Capco in competitive situations.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role suited to an organized, commercially minded professional with strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping client-facing teams succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Lead strategic pursuits, RFPs, proposals, and oral presentations, shaping winning strategies and high-quality client submissions for complex and high-value opportunities
  • Develop compelling sales stories, value propositions, executive presentations, and pursuit content that clearly articulate Capco's capabilities, differentiation, and business impact
  • Partner with domain, capability, and account leaders to create go-to-market propositions, sales materials, and thought leadership aligned to client priorities and market opportunities
  • Champion the adoption of AI-enabled tools, GenAI prompts, and emerging technologies to improve sales effectiveness, proposal development, content creation, and knowledge management
  • Build and evolve sales enablement frameworks, playbooks, success stories, and reusable assets that strengthen business development capabilities and support sustainable growth

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Pursuit Management, Bid Management, Business Development, Pre-Sales, or a similar commercial role within consulting, professional services, or financial services
  • Demonstrated success supporting complex, high-value RFPs, proposals, and competitive pursuits from strategy development through submission and executive presentation
  • Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to create executive-level content and confidently engage senior stakeholders and client decision-makers
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, contributors, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Consulting or professional services experience with a strong understanding of client buying cycles, solution positioning, consultative selling, and pursuit strategy

Bonus Points For

  • Experience using GenAI tools, AI agents, or GPT technologies to support sales, proposal development, knowledge management, or content creation
  • Knowledge of one or more Financial Services domains including Banking, Payments, Wealth & Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Insurance
  • Experience developing and delivering sales enablement programmes, pursuit excellence initiatives, or business development training
  • Understanding of Canadian financial services market trends, client priorities, and buying behaviours
  • Experience analysing sales pipeline, pursuit performance, and win/loss insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Why Join Capco

  • Deliver high-impact solutions for Tier 1 financial institutions and leading organizations across financial services and energy
  • Work in a collaborative, flat, and entrepreneurial consulting culture where ideas and innovation thrive
  • Partner directly with senior leaders and subject matter experts to shape strategic growth initiatives
  • Access continuous learning, professional development, and industry certifications
  • Help shape the future of digital transformation, consulting excellence, and AI-enabled growth
