한국 관리본부 커뮤니케이션 및 출판 부서에서 기간직 제작 전문가를 모집합니다
Role
•고용형태 : 주당 20시간 1년 계약직/ 오후 근무 가능자
•근무위치 : 서울시 서초구 서초동
•급여 : 경력에 따라 조절가능
Responsibilities
•교회의 커뮤니케이션 계획 및 미디어 전략에 따라 예술 감독 관련 제작 및 프로젝트를 기획, 설계 및 관리합니다.
•부서에서 제작한 다양한 콘텐츠의 품질과 효과를 검토 및 분석하고 필요에 따라 개선 사항을 적용합니다.
•지역 회장단이 주최하는 회의 및 다양한 교회 행사의 미디어 관련 운영 및 위성 방송을 지원합니다.
•우수한 미디어 서비스를 제공하고 최적의 성과를 유지하기 위해 고품질 외부 업체를 발굴하고 관리합니다.
•필요에 따라 다른 팀원들에게 지침, 교육 및 프로젝트 리더십을 제공합니다.
•Plan, design, and manage productions and projects related to art direction based on the Church’s communication plan and media strategy.
•Review and analyze the quality and effectiveness of various content produced by the department, and implement improvements as needed.
•Support media-related operations and satellite broadcasting for meetings hosted by the Area Presidency and various Church events.
•Develop and manage high-quality external vendors to ensure the delivery of excellent media services and maintain optimal performance.
•Provide guidance, training, and project leadership for other team members as needed.
Requirements
•유효한 성전 추천서 소지
•출판, 방송 또는 멀티미디어와 같은 관련 기술 분야에서 최소 2년 이상의 전문 경력
•그래픽 디자인, 영상 제작, 방송, 사진, 기사 작성, 웹 제작, 소셜 미디어 관리 등 미디어 관련 분야 숙련자
•기본적인 의사소통 능력 및 영어 능숙도 (영어 수준: 회화 주순의 영어 구사 능력과 지속적인 학습의지가 수반되어야 함)
•뛰어난 창의적 사고력
•컴퓨터 활용 능력 우수 (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel 등)
•Adobe CC 고급 사용자 (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign/Premiere/After Effect 중 하나 이상)
•Naver, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube 등 소셜 미디어 기본 지식
*** 상기 조건을 모두 충족하지 못하는 경우에도 지원 가능
•Worthiness of holding a temple recommend.
•Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in related technical fields such as publishing, broadcasting, or multimedia.
•Skilled in media related fields such as Graphic design, video production, broadcasting, photography, article production, web production, social media management
•Basic communication skills and English proficiency
(English level: Conversational-level English proficiency with a willingness to continue learning.)
•Excellent creative thinking.
•Good computer skills. (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
•Advance level in Adobe CC (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign,/Premiere/After Effect *at least one)
•Basic knowledge of Social media such as Naver platform, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube.
