- Assess and onboard new AWS and GCP services in line with the Product roadmap.
- Drive the deployment of automated infrastructure and systems using IAC, config management and scripting.
- Provide subject matter expertise and advice to pre-sales architects on our technical standards.
- Act as a final line of escalation and assistance for the cloud operations team for major problems.
- Proactively keep up to date on public cloud services and related technology.
Desired Skills and Experience

- 5+ years’ experience of architecting, engineering, or supporting public cloud solutions on AWS or GCP.
- Sound knowledge of AWS or GCP best practice, security considerations, and architectural design patterns.
- Experience of implementing and supporting public-cloud based workloads and services.
- Hold multiple current AWS or Google Cloud Certifications (or be able to demonstrate equivalent level of knowledge).
- Experience of building solutions using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Cloud formation)

- Able to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and quality (e.g. Copilot/Claude/Kiro)
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP.
- A degree in a computing-related discipline preferred or equivalent ability and knowledge.
- Experience working in ITIL and Agile environments beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to share knowledge via clear and concise documentation, and demos/presentations.
