About the Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Endpoint Infrastructure Management

  • Manage the lifecycle of end-user devices, including:

    • Desktop computers

    • Laptops

    • Printers and multifunction devices

    • ATMs

    • Note counters and branch devices

  • Ensure standardization, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of endpoint devices.

  • Oversee operating system deployment, patch management, and software installation.

  • Ensure endpoints comply with security policies and IT standards.

  • 2. Data Center Infrastructure Oversight

    • Oversee the operations of primary and disaster recovery data centers.

    • Supervise management of power infrastructure, including:

      • UPS systems

      • Generators

      • Power distribution

    • Ensure proper operation of cooling systems, environmental monitoring, and structured cabling.

    • Monitor data center capacity, availability, and operational performance.

    3. Team Leadership and Supervision

    • Lead and supervise the Endpoint Support Team and Data Center Engineers.

    • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance.

    • Ensure teams meet service delivery targets and operational KPIs.

    • Conduct team training, mentoring, and performance reviews.

    4. IT Asset and Device Management

    • Manage the inventory and lifecycle of endpoint devices and data center equipment.

    • Ensure accurate asset tracking and documentation.

    • Coordinate device procurement, deployment, replacement, and decommissioning.

    5. ATM and Branch Device Management

    • Oversee installation, maintenance, and monitoring of ATMs.

    • Ensure the operational availability of note counters and branch technology devices.

    • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and technical support.

    6. Incident and Problem Management

    • Ensure timely resolution of endpoint and infrastructure incidents.

    • Lead root cause analysis for recurring issues.

    • Implement preventive measures to reduce system downtime.

    7. Vendor and Service Management

    • Manage relationships with vendors supplying endpoint equipment, ATMs, printers, and data center infrastructure.

  • Ensure vendors meet contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).

  • 8. Compliance and Security

    • Ensure endpoint and data center systems comply with IT security policies and regulatory requirements.

    • Support IT audits, compliance checks, and risk assessments.

    Required Qualifications

    Education

    Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following:

    • Information Technology

    • Computer Science

    • Computer Engineering

    • Electrical or Electronics Engineering

    • Telecommunications Engineering

    Experience

    • 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure or end-user computing support.

    • Experience managing:

      • Endpoint devices (PCs, printers, laptops)

      • ATMs and branch devices

      • Data center infrastructure

    • At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.

    Experience in banking or financial institutions is highly preferred.

    Technical Skills

    • Endpoint device management

    • Windows operating systems and enterprise deployment
