Nous tirons parti de notre plateforme interne de pointe pour nous intégrer de manière transparente aux compagnies aériennes du monde entier, offrant des expériences de voyage exceptionnelles à des millions d’utilisateurs chaque année. Dans ce rôle, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :
Diriger la conception et la mise en œuvre de produits et de solutions hautement évolutifs avec un code de haute qualité, propre, maintenable et bien documenté
Trouver des possibilités d’amélioration des processus et de la technologie, et travailler à leur adoption et leur mise en œuvre
Aider à soutenir les systèmes de production (y compris enquêter sur les problèmes et travailler à la résolution)
Faire preuve de créativité et proposer des solutions différentes à un problème donné, en éliminant les obstacles et en menant les problèmes à leur résolution
Créer/mettre à jour de la documentation dans le but de partager les connaissances entre les membres de l’équipe
Participer activement à des revues technologiques de groupe pour commenter votre travail et celui des autres
Participer à la création et à la formulation de récits utilisateur en partenariat avec l’équipe, les gestionnaires de produit
Collaborer étroitement avec les développeurs seniors et principaux, ainsi qu’avec les gestionnaires de produit, pour trouver des solutions efficaces aux problèmes
Compétences minimales requises:
Baccalauréat ou maîtrise dans un domaine technique connexe, ou expérience professionnelle pertinente équivalente
Au moins 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle en développement logiciel avec un baccalauréat, ou au moins 3 ans avec une maîtrise
Expérience en développement avec des langages de programmation modernes comme Java ou Kotlin
Compétence dans la conception et la construction d’interfaces REST et gRPC et l’application des principes de programmation orientée objet (par exemple, principes SOLID, systèmes de conception dirigés par le domaine)
Compétences souhaitées:
Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
Expérience avec les plateformes d’informatique en nuage (par exemple, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
Expérience avec à la fois des stockages de données relationnels et non relationnels

In this role, you will:
Lead design and implement products and solutions that are highly scalable with high-quality, clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Find opportunities for process and technology improvements, and work towards adoption and implementation
Assist with supporting Production systems (includes investigating issues and working towards resolution)
Exercise creativity and provide alternative solutions to a given problem removing roadblocks and driving issues to closure
Create/update documentation for the purpose of sharing knowledge between team members
Actively participate in group technology reviews to critique the work of self and others
Participate and formulate user story creation in partnership with the team, product managers
Closely collaborate with Senior and Principal Developers, as well as the Product Manager, to find effective solutions to problems
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s in a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience
5+ years of professional software development experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with a Master's degree
Experience developing with modern programming languages such as Java or Kotlin
Proficiency in designing and building REST and gRPC APIs and applying object-oriented programming principles (e.g., SOLID, Domain-Driven Design)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in French and English
Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
Experience with both relational and non-relational data stores
Knowledge of CI/CD methodologies, Git for source control, and familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Splunk, Datadog)
Demonstrated ability to design and architect moderately complex, distributed systems
Experience working in an Agile team environment and supporting applications in a production environment, including debugging and troubleshooting
The total cash range for this position in Montreal is $108,500.00 to $152,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $173,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
