  • Partner with business stakeholders to develop a clear understanding of how your technology stack connects to business outcomes and the bottom line.

  • Lead a community of practice, bringing people together for shared learning and fostering knowledge exchange across engineering teams.

  • Mentor and support junior architects, developers, and engineers, sharing domain and industry expertise to accelerate their growth.

  • Report on the status of complex, high-impact initiatives to technical and business stakeholders through written and verbal communication.

  • Drive digital strategy decisions and provide digital business model consulting within IT teams.

  • Recognize opportunities to step into peer engineering management responsibilities as the need arises.
