At Expedia B2B Demand are looking for a Sr. Sales Excellence Specialist focused on Sales Enablement Content to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure our sales organization has the right content, in the right format, in the right channel, at the right time. You will play a key role in translating business priorities, product updates, processes, and go-to-market plans into content that is easy for sales teams to understand and use.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong content instincts with commercial understanding, disciplined content governance, and hands-on curiosity for how AI can improve the way enablement content is created, managed, personalized, and scaled.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and maintain high-quality sales enablement content that supports product launches, process changes, tool adoption, onboarding, and ongoing readiness.
  • Translate complex information into clear, concise, and engaging content for sales audiences across channels such as Seismic, Salesforce, presentations, guides, videos, and internal communications.
  • Define and uphold content governance standards, including structure, naming conventions, publishing rules, version control, and content lifecycle management.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Strategy, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other functional teams to gather requirements, shape messaging, and deliver content that supports business priorities.
  • Use AI tools to improve content creation and maintenance, including drafting, summarization, quality checks, localization support, search optimization, and content reuse.
  • Evaluate where AI can enhance the sales content experience while applying sound judgment, accuracy, and governance.
  • Help organize content so that sellers can quickly find what they need and trust it as a reliable source of truth.
  • Track content usage, adoption, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and prioritize updates.
  • Support broader enablement initiatives by contributing to launch readiness, change management, and communication planning.

Who You Are

  • Several years of experience in Sales, content strategy, internal communications, marketing content, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics without losing accuracy.
  • Experience building content for business audiences in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated interest and practical capability in using AI tools to improve content quality, efficiency, and scale.
  • Strong understanding of content governance and the discipline required to keep content current, organized, and useful.
  • Ability to balance creativity with structure, and speed with attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working across multiple teams and priorities.
  • Comfort using content and enablement tools such as Seismic, Salesforce, presentation tools, and other digital authoring platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use feedback and performance signals to improve content effectiveness.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deliverables independently.

The total cash range for this position in Madrid is €43,000.00 to €60,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to €69,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
