Business Line Manager – Compressor Technique Service at MSVL Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share expansion
• Own and manage the Business Line P&L
• Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies
• Lead and develop high-performing sales and service teams
• Manage distributors, dealers, and key customer relationships
• Drive pricing, inventory, and business performance optimization
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
• Partner with key industry stakeholders to strengthen market leadership

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Industrial Equipment, Compressors, Power Generation, Automation, Engineering Services, or related industries
• Strong experience in sales leadership, business development, and channel management
• Proven exposure to P&L management and commercial decision-making
• Experience managing distributors and multi-country markets
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
