About the Role

Our Client is seeking an ambitious Sales Executive – Travel Services to drive growth across visa processing, flight ticketing, hotel reservations, and travel packages. This role offers an attractive earning opportunity for a results-oriented professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for visa processing, flight ticketing, hotel reservations, travel packages, and other travel-related services.
  • Generate sales through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, digital platforms, and other business development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote the company's travel services.
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and travel solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Advise clients on available travel options, destinations, visa requirements, and travel packages.
  • Negotiate and close sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Source and secure corporate travel accounts and strategic business partnerships.
  • Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies for business growth.
  • Promote company services through online and offline marketing activities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide regular sales reports, market intelligence, and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Tourism, Business, or related field
  • Previous experience in travel sales, visa consultancy, hotel reservations, or ticketing is an added advantage
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Two to 3 years’ experience in sales in the Travel Industry
  • Ability to source clients independently and close deals
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, aggressive, and target-oriented
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
