About the Role

About the role:

The aftersales Intern will play a key part in assisting our partnership customers by handling inquiries, assisting with warranty claims, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our support systems. He/she will also be involved in data analysis, SOP documentation, and bot/website development projects. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills in customer service, operations, and cross-functional team work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you would be expected to do:

Provide exceptional assistance to partnership customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Assist with warranty claim processing, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of claims.

Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating the product support portal to enhance service quality.

Assist in creating troubleshooting manuals and training sessions.

Record and analyse data to identify trends, improve processes, and assist decision-making.

Contribute to website and Bot development, updates, and improvements.

Work with cross-functional teams to assist various projects and initiatives.

Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and assistance activities.

Contribution to SOP documentation.

Any other tasks assigned.

You would be a strong candidate if you:

Have relevant work experience

Possess a bachelor's degree or its equivalent is required.

Are tech-savvy with a strong comprehension of customer assistance tools and technologies

Have the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with different stakeholders.

Are familiar with operational tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.

Possess excellent customer management skills

Are an excellent communicator and have good people relations skills

Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Are experienced with data recording and analysis.

Have the ability to work alone and as part of a team

Are proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
