Job Description
What is it all about?
We are looking for a part-time Receptionist - Assistant Office Manager to join our team in Munich! As the first point of contact for our colleagues, visitors and clients, you will represent our company with professionalism, a friendly and positive attitude, and a well-presented manner.
In this front-line role, you will greet visitors, handle mail and courier services, provide basic administrative support to the Office Manager Munich on routine tasks when necessary. Additionally, you will take care of office supplies and help prepare meeting rooms for client meetings and coordinate catering orders.

What we expect of you, day by day:
Front-of-house and administrative support:
- Handle mail and courier services
- Issue visitor badges and support access control
- Managing office supplies and ensuring adequate inventory
- Provide basic admin support to the Office Manager Munich (stand in OM on basic tasks)
- prepare Meeting rooms for client meetings, order catering
Schedule of work:
- Monday 8.00 – 15.30 / 16.00 (incl 30 – 60 min break)
- Tuesday 8.00 – 15.30 / 16.00 (incl 30 – 60 min break)
- Wednesday 8.00 – 15.30 / 16.00 (incl 30 – 60 min break)
- Thursday 8.00 – 15.30 / 16.00 (incl 30 – 60 min break)
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
What we're after...
Experience of admin and office management in very busy and international environment, covering regional activities, and regional offices
Experience in supporting facilities for other Offices/Hospitality/Executive Assistance
Experience cooperating with the senior stakeholders.
Great communication skills and working under the pressure
English and German on Advanced level at least
