Job Description:

Under the supervision of the WAR Supply Chain Specialist, the Supply Chain COUPA System Intern will:

• Support PR and PO tracking in COUPA

• Review documentation completeness and compliance

• Conduct PR ageing analysis and reporting

• Support audit documentation and compliance checks

• Assist in vendor and catalogue management


Deliverables

• Weekly PR ageing report

• Monthly COUPA compliance report

• Updated procurement records and trackers


Key Performance Indicators

• Reduction in aged PRs

• Improved documentation completeness

• Timely report submission


The Candidate must possess strong organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel

Ability to manage and work under pressure with minimal supervision

Communicates effectively when working in teams and independently

Required Experience & Skills

  • Basic understanding of procurement processes
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset
  • Good Excel and data analysis skills
  • Ability to handle large data and track transactions
  • Good Excellent written and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in using standard software programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
