Job purpose

The Media Planning & Strategy Manager is a key role focused on driving Sustainable Growth for our brand partners. You will be responsible for architecting media strategies that not only deliver top-line revenue but also maintain healthy Profitability. By balancing aggressive scaling with financial efficiency, you will ensure long-term business success in the competitive ecommerce landscape.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Growth & Profitability Strategy: Develop and execute full-funnel media plans that maximize revenue while optimizing the cost of acquisition to ensure bottom-line profitability.
  • Sustainable Budget Management: Lead the allocation and forecasting of media investments to ensure consistent and sustainable growth across all digital channels.
  • Financial Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze media investment efficiency (ROAS/ROI) to ensure all campaigns meet the brand's financial health standards.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Use analytical thinking to translate complex data into actionable insights, improving campaign performance and investment returns.
  • Marketplace & Social Mastery: Oversee strategic media execution across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada) to capture growth opportunities.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and develop the team's technical and soft skills, fostering a result-oriented culture that delivers "WOW" service to clients.

Key Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Media Planning or Digital Strategy, with a strong focus on Growth and Profitability.
  • Financial Acumen: Excellent ability to manage large-scale budgets and understand the business impact of media spending.
  • Analytical Thinking: Proven expertise in data modeling (Excel, GA4) to drive strategic decisions and sustainable outcomes.
  • Result Oriented: A high level of accountability and a track record of meeting or exceeding commercial KPIs.
  • Strategic Communication: Strong presentation skills in English and Thai, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Ecommerce Expertise: Deep understanding of the SEA digital ecosystem and how media drives sustainable sales growth
