About the Role

  1. Daily operation and comprehensive problem solving for dispensing process and equipments
  2. New products glue selection and dispensing process development & release
  3. New products dispensing equipment selection, modification and release Lead process improvement and problem-solving for process & MAE related topics for ADAS products: camera, radar…
  4. Leading CIP improvement and RPP activities: tooling localization, spare part optimization…
  5. Join global meetings for IPN topics and lead process related customer audit
  6. Continue improvement via Bosch Production System 3.6 MAE Performance @TPM
  7. Conduct process team & cross function management as projects requirements
  8. Team competence buildup and development
  9. 7*24 H on-call to support machine or process issue
  10. Other tasks assigned by Superior

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor or diploma in Electrical or Engineering field

Knowledge on final assembly process and equipments for -Dispensing process

Knowledge on CMK, CPK, PFMEA QC7 tools.

Troubleshooting skill of final assembly relevant failure and machine

Language: English
