About the Role

Job Purpose:
The Digitization Assistant is responsible for supporting the deployment and adoption of the provider billing system across healthcare service providers in South Sudan. The role ensures successful onboarding of providers onto the digital platform, provides user support, and facilitates the transition from manual claims documentation to standardized digital processes to improve billing transparency, efficiency, and fraud control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support rollout of the billing system to all targeted service providers.
• Educate service providers on system functionality, usage procedures, and system requirements.
• Assist providers with onboarding, registration, and setup.
• Monitor provider utilization of the system and address operational challenges.
• Escalate system issues to the ICT or development teams for resolution.
• Monitor system usage and ensure compliance with digital claims submission processes.
• Support user data backup processes in accordance with organizational policies.
• Collect feedback from providers to improve system usability and performance.
• Ensure rollout milestones and implementation timelines are achieved.
• Prepare periodic operational reports on system adoption and provider usage.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree or Diploma in Health Systems Management, Health Information Systems, Public Health, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a hospital, healthcare administration, or health systems environment.
• Experience working with digital health systems or healthcare information platforms is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of medical insurance operations will be an added advantage.
