Role

Responsável por oferecer atendimento de qualidade aos clientes, auxiliando na escolha de produtos, esclarecendo dúvidas e proporcionando uma experiência positiva na loja. Atua no suporte às operações da unidade, organização do ambiente e apoio à equipe.

Responsibilities

  • Recepcionar clientes, identificar necessidades e orientar sobre produtos e serviços.
  • Prestar atendimento de excelência e esclarecer dúvidas.
  • Operar caixa, finalizar vendas, processar trocas e devoluções.
  • Auxiliar no controle, reposição e organização de estoque.
  • Apoiar recebimento de mercadorias e atividades operacionais da unidade.
  • Dar suporte à liderança em atividades da loja e rotinas operacionais.
  • Manter o ambiente organizado e seguir horários e escalas de trabalho.

Requirements

Ensino médio completo e experiência prévia com atendimento ao cliente.
Conhecimentos básicos de informática, matemática e operação de caixa.
Boa comunicação e habilidade para trabalho em equipe.
Capacidade de resolver situações do dia a dia com autonomia.
Disponibilidade para trabalhar conforme escala, incluindo sábados e feriados.
