Engenheiro do Templo de Maceió
Role
- Garantir que o templo reflita a beleza, limpeza e sua natureza sagrada;
- Manter os padrões estabelecidos pela Primeira Presidência;
- Fornecer liderança funcional a todos os funcionários do departamento (gerentes assistentes de instalações, custódia, terrenos, segurança);
- Responsabilidades de gerenciamento de projetos para instalações, sistemas e terrenos, fornecendo inspeções, relatórios, revisando a conformidade com desenhos e especificações, ligação com o governo local, permitindo, monitorando o cronograma do projeto e coordenando a entrega e instalação de móveis/materiais;
- Gerenciar regularmente o trabalho de outros funcionários (pode incluir força de trabalho mista);
- Especialista funcional mais sênior na instalação.
Responsibilities
- Gerenciar regularmente o trabalho de outros funcionários (pode incluir força de trabalho mista)
- Responsável, em parceria com o RH, por contratar ou demitir funcionários e recomendar avanço, promoção ou qualquer outra mudança de status de funcionários dentro de sua linha de subordinação;
- Responsável pela manutenção do templo e edifícios auxiliares associados ao complexo do templo;
- Responsável por manter os padrões estabelecidos em todos os momentos durante o pico de uso e quando o templo estiver fechado;
- Gerenciar regularmente o trabalho de outros funcionários (pode incluir força de trabalho mista);
- Excelente conhecimento do trabalho, níveis de habilidade e desempenho da equipe de Serviços de Instalações do Templo, fornecendo treinamento, e orientação;
- Responsável por implementar guias e materiais de manutenção do templo e testar métodos, sistemas e equipamentos de manutenção.
Requirements
- Graduação em Engenharia Civil, elétrica ou áreas afins;
- Experiencia em gestão de instalações;
- Ampla compreensão dos sistemas e processos de instalações, como (manutenção e operações de caldeiras/resfriadores, controles de motores elétricos, sistemas audiovisuais, de distribuição elétrica e de encanamento)
- Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Pacote Office intermediário;
- Desejável Conhecimento em PowerBI;
- Inglês Avançado.
