About the Role

Delivers professional activities in the Client Services job family. Responsible for providing client support in the areas of service, maintenance and penetration. Responds to inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring client satisfaction with products and service. Coordinates with account manager to ensure needs are met and potential problems are averted. Keeps account manager informed of account status and opportunities for expanded business. May make on-site presentations to existing and prospective clients to educate and inform on products. Applies standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions that require professional knowledge in specialist areas. Provides standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analyses for review. May provide guidance, coaching, and direction to more junior members of the team in Client Account Support.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted relationships with clients and brokers across an assigned portfolio, using data insights to help clients and brokers understand the utilization and make informed benefit decisions, while delivering high‑quality service to support retention and growth.
  • Own the end‑to‑end management of client engagements and renewals, including proactive service delivery, coordination with internal stakeholders, negotiation of renewal terms, and effective presentation of recommendations to senior leaders and internal partners to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Identify and facilitate growth opportunities within relationships and beyond. Partner with Sales Team with new business opportunities and achieve efficient implementation and smooth transition of relationship into Client Management Team
  • Assist in the continual development of Cigna's value proposition and strategic business goals.
  • Potentially to support or lead jumbo and complex cases including global relationship management and coordination for multinational companies with cross-region Cigna engagement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder with 5 years relevant experience in insurance, customer servicing, strategic relationship management in Group business environment
  • Excellent analytical mindset. Candidates with analytical experience is a plus.
  • Sound interpersonal skill to work with multiple stakeholders and distribution channels.
  • Well communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise fashion
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Strong can-do attitude and as a good team player
