About the Role

As a Summer Intern - Communications, you will support the planning, creation, and delivery of internal communications across channels. This internship offers hands-on exposure to content development, stakeholder management, campaigns, and events while helping you build practical experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with drafting and editing content for campaigns, newsletters, email communications, and social media.
  • Partner with our Communications and PR Agency.
  • Support internal communications activities, including newsletters, announcements, and employee engagement content.
  • Help prepare messages, presentation materials, and event communications under guidance from the team.
  • Assist with maintaining social media content for our President and leaders, coordinating post scheduling, and monitoring engagements.
  • Compile basic performance metrics and help prepare simple reports and presentation updates.
  • Review and update communication materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.
  • Provide support for internal and external events, including logistics, communications, and coordination tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support content reviews, approvals, and project coordination.

What You’ll Bring

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Available to commit to a full-time summer internship program.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
  • A positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn new tools, channels, and ways of working.

  • Previous campus, volunteer, or project experience in communications, marketing, or event support.
  • A portfolio, writing samples, or examples of social content created for academic or extracurricular projects.
  • Experience using AI
