Join a team that helps ensure patients receive the supplies they need, when they need them. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly during our busiest hours. We’re looking for someone who is detail-focused, dependable, and ready to grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment where quality and patient care come first.
Responsibilities
- Support timely and accurate processing of orders by entering and organizing delivery information, helping reduce workflow bottlenecks
- Ensure product accuracy by verifying key details such as RX numbers, patient information, and labeling requirements before orders move forward
- Contribute to smooth daily operations by preparing materials for packaging, dispatch, and shipment
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet end-of-day deadlines
- Assist with intake and coordination tasks, including confirming delivery readiness when needed
- Follow established procedures to maintain quality, safety, and consistency across all tasks
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace that supports productivity and efficiency
- Adapt to changing priorities and support additional warehouse needs during peak periods
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience (warehouse, customer service, or similar environment)
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under close supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a repetitive, process-driven environment
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting)
- Basic communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Availability to work evening shifts and flexible hours, including weekends as needed
Preferred:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, including phone-based interaction
- Prior warehouse, pick/pack, or fulfillment experience
- Demonstrated job stability and reliability in previous roles
- Experience working in a regulated or quality-focused environment (healthcare, pharmacy, logistics, etc.)
- Comfort interacting with customers or patients in a professional and empathetic manner
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
