You’ll be the connector between global marketing strategy and regional activation—bringing insight, innovation, and executional excellence to one of ERM’s fastest‑growing business units. This is a high‑visibility role for a marketing leader who thrives in a global, matrixed environment and wants to influence how clients experience our brand across every digital touchpoint.

What Your Impact Is

In this role, you will:

  • Lead global digital marketing, demand generation, and multi‑channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.

  • Strengthen ERM CVS’s digital infrastructure, ensuring our website, content, automation tools, and paid strategy deliver commercial results.

  • Bring North America regional insight to shape global campaigns, while also delivering high‑quality local execution across events, conferences, and client‑facing programs.

  • Build an integrated, end‑to‑end sales activation and lead management process that improves qualification, conversion, and speed to close.

  • Enable Sales and commercial leaders with messaging, content, and tools that elevate client conversations and support revenue growth.

  • Provide market intelligence and continuous improvement that enhances campaign performance and operational effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sustainability, or equivalent experience

  • 7+ years in a marketing leadership role, ideally in professional services, sustainability, training, or certification/assurance

  • Demonstrated success leading multi‑channel digital marketing programs with measurable commercial outcomes

  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, Pardot (or similar MAPs), Google Analytics, CMS platforms, social media tools, and paid digital channels

  • Proven ability to collaborate across global, matrixed teams and work effectively across time zones

  • Strong content development skills across digital formats

  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and commercial teams to create messaging and sales enablement materials

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

  • High digital literacy and data‑driven mindset, with the ability to translate performance metrics into insight and action

  • Understanding of client issues and ability to articulate value propositions for integrated commercial campaigns

Preferred

  • Experience in ISO management systems, sustainability reporting (GHG, CSRD), training/education markets, or ESG‑related topics

  • Experience running webinars, conferences, and client events, including event‑to‑lead conversion processes

  • Familiarity with ERM CVS’s service areas and sectors

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing, Sales Campaigns & Demand Generation

  • Lead global digital execution across Salesforce, Pardot, SEO, CMS, AI‑enabled tools, and paid media

  • Design and deliver multi‑channel marketing and sales campaigns aligned to ERM CVS growth priorities

  • Build and optimize paid media strategies to increase visibility and engagement

  • Develop lead generation and nurturing programs, including automated journeys, newsletters, and targeted outreach

  • Report on KPIs such as website performance, campaign ROI, lead quality, and conversion rates

2. Content Creation & Brand Consistency

  • Produce and curate high‑quality content across websites, landing pages, collateral, email campaigns, and social platforms

  • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of technical and industry‑specific content

  • Enhance website content and digital experience to support demand generation and strengthen brand presence

3. Events, Conferences & Regional Activation

  • Lead North America event delivery—from proprietary client events to conferences and global webinar series

  • Ensure strong brand presence and high‑quality participant experience

  • Track event‑generated leads and support progression of opportunities in Salesforce

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners for seamless event execution

4. Sales Enablement & Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Partners, and commercial leaders to create messaging, value propositions, and sales tools

  • Influence global and regional stakeholders on priorities through strategic alignment

  • Support strategies that convert leads into sales‑ready opportunities

5. Sales Activation Process

  • Support the development of an integrated ERM CVS sales activation process

  • Improve the end‑to‑end flow from MQL to SQL, ensuring consistent qualification and handoff

  • Establish structured campaign and lead tracking in Salesforce

  • Use data and pipeline insights to identify optimization opportunities

6. Market Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities

  • Recommend and implement process improvements, including SharePoint and Salesforce campaign management

  • Ensure all marketing activities meet brand, compliance, and approval standards
