About Essentive Talent Solutions

• We help businesses simplify HR through smart outsourcing. We are looking for an in-house marketer who can sell HR Outsourcing services, generate leads, and own client outreach from start to finish.

What You\'ll Do

• Sell HR Outsourcing services to small and medium businesses.
• Generate leads through multiple channels - calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Handle client outreach and follow-up targets.
• Work closely with leadership - no micromanagement

What We Need

• 2-3 years of experience selling business services (HR Outsourcing experience is a plus).
• A good understanding of HR functions (payroll, recruitment, compliance, employee lifecycle).
• Lead generation & client outreach experience - proven ability to find and engage prospects.
• Great communication skills - written & verbal.
• Business development mindset - you hunt, nurture, and close.
• Can-do attitude - Self-starter who doesn\'t need supervision.
• Comfortable with targets - you see them as goals, not pressure.

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field - but experience selling business services matters more.
