About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth and expand market reach
  • Build and maintain relationships with flower farms
  • Provide technical support on fertilizers and crop protection products
  • Support growth within the floriculture sector

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in agri-input sales
  • Floriculture experience is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of specialty fertilizers and crop protection products
  • Excellent business development and relationship management skills

Additional Information:

  • Frequent travel to agricultural hubs including Naivasha, Thika, Nanyuki, and Eldoret
