Associate Account Management (PGA) - English (12m FTC)
Travel Partnerships and Advertising helps partners deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences, driving growth for them and the EG marketplace through competitive supply, a valued advertising and travel media network, and affiliate solutions.
The Partner Growth & Agility (PGA) Associate’s primary responsibility is to ensure that Expedia Group’s partner product in their assigned market is competitive, attractive and relevant for our fast-growing global customer base.
In doing so, PGA Associates will also continuously work with Expedia Group’s partners to help them improve the marketing and distribution potential from their participation in the Expedia marketplace.
The team ensure that the Expedia Group brands’ global customers always find the most suitable property for their dream trip wherever they want to go, and that our partners can effectively, efficiently and throughout the year, reach Expedia Group’s full breadth of global traveler demand.
In this role you will:
By providing and analyzing data specific to their market, PGA Associates will work closely with hotel partners to:
Optimize content, rate and availability competitiveness on the Expedia sites to increase customer conversion
Secure additional lodging rates and availability information over high demand and compression periods to satisfy customers’ pressing needs
Secure promotional offers to support the brands’ merchandising and marketing efforts
Educate partners on the self-service features available on Expedia Partner Central
Re-establish relationships with dormant partners
Support demand generation
On a daily basis engage with a benchmarked volume of partner interactions (calls), within the shared portfolio of your team; ensuring engagement and feedback to optimize content, rates & availability competitiveness & promotional offers on the Expedia sites to increase customer conversion
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree; or equivalent experience (Minimum 2 years of experience in similar environment) and proficiency in English language (Additional languages such as Norwegian, Swedish or Dutch is a plus but not mandatory)

The total cash range (inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target) for this position in Prague is Kč731,000.00 to Kč1,023,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to Kč1,169,500.00, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Incentive plan performance above target will also earn more than the incentive target compensation amount.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
